    Tracy E. Knowles
    Managing Director
    Born & raised in the Bahamas, Tracy is a Chartered Accountant by background having completed his training in the UK. Before his 2017 move to R.H. Curry, where he now manages all operational units, he was a Managing Partner at a Big 4 firm. Tracy enjoys time with his family, two Jack Russells, fishing, and racket sports.

    Peter is an experienced professional in the maritime and yacht industry, with a rich career spanning 30+ years. Educated at St Andrew's School and the University of Texas - Arlington, he began as a port agent and has since catered to elite clients, including royalty and leaders in sports, business, and entertainment.

    Yacht Agent, GM Assistant
    Melanie, with a background in collections, joined RH Curry in January 2022. Known for her high energy and people skills, she ensures efficiency in daily operations. A problem solver with a positive attitude, her extensive local knowledge aids in managing berths, permits, logistics, provisioning, and transport.

    Gayle T. Frazier
    Broker
    Gayle, a vibrant Bahamian and alumna of Saint Augustine’s College, pursued accounting at the College of the Bahamas. Joining RH Curry in 1979 as a data entry clerk in the accounts department, she transitioned to the brokerage department in 2018, now managing its daily operations. Outside work, she enjoys reading and traveling.

    Financial Controller
    Troy, with over twelve years in accounting, began at Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited, then moved to Grant Thornton. He joined R.H. Curry in July 2017 as Assistant Financial Controller and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2020. Educated at Bahamas Academy, he graduated in 2008 and earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of The Bahamas.

Berthing

From the moment you plan to dock, we’re there to handle every detail. We secure the ideal berth for your ship’s specifications and manage all interactions with the harbor authorities for a seamless arrival. Our on-the-ground support includes expert linesmen for precise mooring and unmooring, making sure the vessel is safely tied to the dock. We pride ourselves on being your port liaison, taking care of any challenges and coordinating essential services like refueling and provisioning. When it’s time to set sail, we oversee the unberthing, guaranteeing a smooth departure.

Bunkering

From the moment your vessel needs refueling, we're there to handle every detail. We arrange for the highest quality fuel tailored to your ship's specifications, and manage all interactions with fuel suppliers and port authorities for a seamless bunkering operation. We pride ourselves on being your port liaison, handling any challenges and coordinating essential services related to fuel supply and logistics. Once refueling is complete, we ensure all procedures are finalized properly, so your ship can promptly resume its journey.

We coordinate all necessary documentation and manage interactions with immigration authorities to ensure a smooth clearance process for your crew and passengers.
