Tracy E. KnowlesManaging DirectorBorn & raised in the Bahamas, Tracy is a Chartered Accountant by background having completed his training in the UK. Before his 2017 move to R.H. Curry, where he now manages all operational units, he was a Managing Partner at a Big 4 firm. Tracy enjoys time with his family, two Jack Russells, fishing, and racket sports. -
Peter KnowlesGeneral ManagerPeter is an experienced professional in the maritime and yacht industry, with a rich career spanning 30+ years. Educated at St Andrew's School and the University of Texas - Arlington, he began as a port agent and has since catered to elite clients, including royalty and leaders in sports, business, and entertainment.

Melanie MaloneYacht Agent, GM AssistantMelanie, with a background in collections, joined RH Curry in January 2022. Known for her high energy and people skills, she ensures efficiency in daily operations. A problem solver with a positive attitude, her extensive local knowledge aids in managing berths, permits, logistics, provisioning, and transport. -
Gayle T. FrazierBrokerGayle, a vibrant Bahamian and alumna of Saint Augustine’s College, pursued accounting at the College of the Bahamas. Joining RH Curry in 1979 as a data entry clerk in the accounts department, she transitioned to the brokerage department in 2018, now managing its daily operations. Outside work, she enjoys reading and traveling. -
Troy WardFinancial ControllerTroy, with over twelve years in accounting, began at Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited, then moved to Grant Thornton. He joined R.H. Curry in July 2017 as Assistant Financial Controller and was promoted to Financial Controller in 2020. Educated at Bahamas Academy, he graduated in 2008 and earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of The Bahamas.
