Born and raised in the serene landscapes of the Bahamas, Tracy is a testament to local talent going global and then returning home to contribute significantly. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Tracy honed his skills and knowledge in the UK before returning to the Bahamas to make a meaningful impact. As the Managing Director of R.H. Curry since 2017, Tracy oversees all operational units, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently. When he's not steering the company towards greater heights, Tracy enjoys spending quality time with his family, including his two energetic Jack Russells, and indulging in his love for fishing and racket sports.
Peter Knowles, General Manager
Peter Knowles brings over three decades of experience to R.H. Curry, with a career that has seen him evolve from a port agent to a respected professional in the maritime and yacht sector. A graduate of St Andrew's School and the University of Texas - Arlington, Peter's extensive experience and network have enabled him to cater to some of the world's most elite clients, including royalty and renowned figures in sports, business, and entertainment. As General Manager, Peter's wealth of knowledge and hands-on approach continue to drive success and client satisfaction.
Melanie Malone, Yacht Agent and General Manager Assistant
Melanie joined the R.H. Curry team in January 2022, bringing with her a vibrant energy and a knack for problem-solving that have significantly enhanced daily operations. With her background in collections and her people-centric approach, Melanie has become an indispensable asset in managing berths, permits, logistics, provisioning, and transport. Her local knowledge and efficiency ensure that clients' needs are met with precision and care.
Gayle T. Frazier, Broker
A proud Bahamian and an alumna of Saint Augustine’s College, Gayle has been with R.H. Curry since 1979, starting her journey in the accounts department. In 2018, she transitioned to the brokerage department, where she now manages daily operations with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the maritime industry. Outside of work, Gayle enjoys immersing herself in books and exploring new destinations through travel.
Troy Ward, Financial Controller
Troy's journey in the world of accounting has led him from Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited to Grant Thornton, and finally to R.H. Curry in July 2017. With over twelve years of experience under his belt, Troy was promoted to Financial Controller in 2020, a role in which he has continued to excel. A graduate of Bahamas Academy and the University of The Bahamas, Troy’s expertise and dedication ensure the financial health and integrity of R.H. Curry.
